In our biolaboratory, situated in the centre of our farm, we directly transform our medicinal plants into excellent, concentrated  herbal infusions, good to the palate and practical to use, into aromatized Salì and Olì, excellent and practical condiments for meat, fish, cheese and crudités. We distil our Lavandula angustifolia creating the esteemed oil essential for Lavender and aromatized lavender water.
From our cold pressed  pomegranates, sea buckthorn berries and aronia melanocarpa come the Casali Cellini  bio juices.
From cold steeping of the perfumed elder flower comes Sambufleur, an excellent juice which diluted in water is transformed into a refreshing summer drink.
